2.Biography

Baoliang Chen (Member， IEEE) is currently an Associate Professor with the Department of Computer Science， South China Normal University.  He got his B.E. in Electronic Information Science and Technology from Hefei University of Technology， China， in 2015， followed by an M.S. in Intelligent Information Processing from Xidian University， China， in 2018. He received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from the City University of Hong Kong in 2022.  From 2022 to 2024， he served as a postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Computer Science at the City University of Hong Kong. His research focuses on image and video quality assessment， as well as image forensics and security.
